RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Petitioner by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeks modification of the order dated 30.5.2012 (Annexure P-2) solely to the limited extent of removing the condition of furnishing surety bonds in the sum of Rs.1.00 lac on the petitioner, for the purpose of release of her passport. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present petition. Permission is granted.
