**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre arrest bail in FIR No. 63 dated 20.11.2014 under Sections 376/511/354 IPC and Sections 4/8/12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Gardhiwala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. She further submits that many residents of the village have supported the petitioner. There was no occasion for the petitioner to indulge in the commission of crime alleged against him. In this view of the matter, custodial interrogation of the petitioner would not be required. She prays for allowing the present petition.

CRM-M-21761 of 2015 been found entitled for the concession of anticipatory bail. It is so said, because petitioner is the only accused. Petitioner has tried to molest a minor girl of 11 years.

In view of the above and without commenting any further on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, no case for anticipatory bail has been made out. Dismissed.
