(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if this writ petition be treated as representation and a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Director, Department of Elementary Education, Haryana, Panchkula, to decide the same within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and de-merits of the case, I dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondents to consider representation and take appropriate decision thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

It is made clear that in case, decision is not taken within the time frame, there shall be costs of `25,000/- to be paid to petitioner. In case, the claim of petitioner is to be rejected, then a well reasoned and speaking order be passed and conveyed to petitioner.
