[1] The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

[2] This is a petition filed for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 34, dated 13th March, 2021, under Sections 379-B and 201 of IPC, registered at Police Station Division No. 4, District Patiala. [3] Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Satbir Singh, submits that petitioner was granted default bail on 17th May, 2021.

[4] Learned counsel for the petitioner is not disputing the said fact.
