**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 53 dated 12.05.2015 under Section 498-A/406 IPC , registered at Police Station Jhabal, District Tarn Taran.

Learned State counsel on instruction from ASI Rajbir Singh informed the Court that petitioner is not ready to pay even Rs.80,000/- to the complainant for compromising the matter, in compliance of order dated 02.08.2016.

In view of the above factual position, no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
