**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 282 dated 5.11.2014 registered at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal under Sections 307, 498-A, 406, 195-A IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 2.12.2014 and the incident is of 9.9.2014 but the FIR was lodged on 5.11.2014. Counsel further urges that in the first statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the complainant had exonerated the family but later on in the statement recorded subsequently about 12 days after the incident, she had made allegations. The son of the petitioner is on bail. The counsel urges that the statement of the complainant has been recorded in the Court and the trial is taking time.

State counsel submits that 14 witnesses have already been examined.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
