*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Earlier the petitioners were released on interim bail as FSL report was not received. Subsequently, on receipt of FSL report, it has been found that the recovery effected from the petitioners is commercial. The case is fixed for framing of charge before the trial Court. As per stand of learned counsel for the petitioners, neither the petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court nor they have been arrested as interim bail was till receipt of FSL report. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and in case, they surrender before the trial Court and move an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court is directed to consider the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter.
Disposed of accordingly.
