Pursuant to the interim order passed by this court, the petitioner has already put in appearance before the trial court on 24.2.2016. copy of the order has been placed on record. The petition is allowed. Interim order dated17.2.2016 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner will remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished subject to the condition that he will continue to appear before the trial court and will not absent himself without any sufficient cause. He will also not threaten the witnesses or make any attempt to tamper with the evidence.
