"the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.69 dated 01.07.2012 registered at Police Station Sarhali, District Tarn Taran under Sections 420/467/468/471/120;B IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
