This is 2nd petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 14, dated 17.01.2023, under Sections 420, 120-B of the IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Civil Line, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar.

This Court vide order dated 29.03.2023, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to SATYAWAN 2023.05.19 09:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 5.

In view of the above, the order dated 29.03.2023 is made absolute.
