Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail mainly on two grounds i.e. (i) that the accused makes faces and threatens him and (ii) that the accused is pressurizing him for a compromise.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he had made representation dated 12.2.2024 (Annexure P-2) in this regard also. 3.
State's counsel submits that they have inquired into such representation and allegations made in the same have been found incorrect. 4.
Counsel for respondent no.2, on instructions, submits that there is nothing to fear from respondent no.2 and if the petitioner has found his accidental presence before him as intimidating, he will be careful in future. He further assures that he will not approach the petitioner for a compromise also. 5.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
