This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 238 dated 30.10.2012 under Sections 399/402/411 IPC and section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, Sangrur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that bail bonds of the petitioner were cancelled as he could not appear before the trial court on one date. Pursuant to order dated July 08, 2015, a report has been received from the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sangrur. According to said report, petitioner had been regularly appearing before the court. He has also complied with the order dated July 08, 2015 in letter and spirit. In view of the above, order dated July 08, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
