Prayer in the petition is for initiating proceedings against the respondents for intentional and willful defiance of the order dated 29.05.2019, (Annexure P-1).
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the respondents alongwith the affidavit dated 13.01.2021, have appended a copy of the speaking order dated 18.09.2020 (Annexure R-1), passed in compliance to the directions contained in the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench (Annexure P-1), therefore, the petitioners do not press the instant petition and submit that the same may be disposed of as such as not calling for any action against the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
