Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.16 dated 02.03.2010 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar, alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, in view of the statement of the complainant/respondent No.2 dated 09.03.2010 (Annexure P-2) recorded before the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition.
