At the outset, it has been informed that in compliance of the orders dated 25.07.2019 passed in CWP No.20355 of 2019, the representation dated 19.03.2019 has been decided vide order dated 02.07.2020, copy of which has been placed on record along with the short reply by way of affidavit of Mahavir Kaushik, Administrator, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, Panchkula, as Annexure R-1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the same, on instructions, he does not wish to press the contempt petition any further and he be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy against the order dated 02.07.2020. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that there is no objection to the above and the said respondent tenders unconditional apology for the delay that has occurred, which was neither willful nor intentional.

   I have considered the submissions of learned counsels and in view of the order dated 25.07.2019 (Annexure P-1) having been complied with in spirit and the statement of the learned counsel for respondent No.1, no action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is called for against the respondents.

Contempt petition is accordingly disposed of as such, with liberty to the petitioners, as noticed above. Rule is discharged.
