This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 46 dated 07.05.2017 under sections 307, 353, 186, 332, 224, 148, 149 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Kot ise Khan, District Moga.
Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated June 15, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, order dated June 15, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
