This is a Criminal Revision Petition challenging the order dated 28.02.2023 passed by the Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana on an application filed by the respondents for grant of interim maintenance. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, states that he does not challenge the quantum of maintenance granted to the respondents. He is, however, aggrieved by the fact that certain amounts, which have been paid by him towards maintenance of the flat and to the school authorities and also the amount withdrawn by respondent No.1-wife from the joint account, have not been adjusted in the total amount payable towards maintenance. 3.

In the present case the impugned order dated 28.02.2023 is only an interim order and the grouse of the petitioner is only to the extent that the amounts paid by him for maintenance of the flat and to the school authorities as also the amount withdrawn by respondent No.1-wife from the joint account have not been adjusted in the total amount of maintenance. 5.

In view of the limited prayer made by the counsel, the present petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas before the Family Court. In case any such plea is raised, the same shall be considered in accordance with law at the time of final disposal of the application for grant of maintenance.

The petition is accordingly disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
