(ORAL) The appellant has preferred the present appeal against the order dated 06.02.2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, POCSO, Jind, dismissing the application filed by the appellant for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 304 dated 26.08.2023, registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 376(2)(n), 376(D), 328 IPC; Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012; Section 66E of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Section 3(2)(v) of the of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 18.03.2024 which is taken on record, as per which the appellant has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 06 months and 03 RISHU KATARIA 2024.03.19 18:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the appellant, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal, at this stage.
