(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuing direction to the learned Trial Court to release the passport of the petitioner in FIR No. 50 of 22/6/23, registered under Section 406, 498-A, 506 IPC, Police Station Women, Ambala (Annexure P-1) in view of the judgment passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Criminal Appeal Nos. 16011602 of 2023 titled as 'Chennupati Kranthi Kumar Vs. The State of Andhra Pradesh &Ors.' dated 25.07.2023 OR In an alternative a direction be issued to the Trial Court to decide the application dated 03.10.2023 (Annexure P-3) expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage limits his prayer and submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if direction is issued to the learned trial Court, to decide the application dated 03.10.2023 (Annexure P-3) expeditiously.
