Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.480 dated 13.07.2015 under Sections 420 and 406 IPC registered at Police Station City Hansi, District Hisar.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that allegation against the petitioner is that he told the complainant that daughter of the complainant will be got admitted in the medical college and demanded `30 lakhs. There is allegation that complainant was cheated by the accused for `28 lakhs and some of the amount has been deposited even in the account of the accused. CRM No.M-21872 of 2017 -2minute detail and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I find that the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
