RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents no.2 and 3 to take necessary action in accordance with law against respondents no.4 to 6 and other persons in FIR No.719, dated 30.12.2022, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 506 IPC and later on added Section 326 IPC, registered at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh and submit report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 20.02.2023, Annexure P-3, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Superintendent of MEENU 2023.03.24 15:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
