**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 0002 dated 2.1.2017 registered at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad under Sections 379-A, 411, 34 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner urges that challan has been presented and recovery had been effected from Naveen and the role attributed to the petitioner was that he was driving the motor cycle and Ajay who was sitting on the pillion had snatched the mobile of the complainant and the petitioner is in custody since 15.2.2017 and the trial will take time. Admittedly, the police did not get the identification parade conducted. There are no allegations that the petitioner would tamper with evidence. The trial will take time.
