RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel has filed two vakalatnamas on behalf of the accused on his own, though they have not been impleaded as party. The same are taken on record.
Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to conduct proper investigation and arrest the accused in case FIR No.4 dated 01.01.2018 registered under Sections 120-B, 201, 302 IPC at Police Station City Kaithal, District Kaithal.
Learned State counsel contends that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that matter is under investigation with the Crime Branch, who is proceeding with the investigation in a legal RAVINDER SINGH 2019.03.27 11:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
