The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr. P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 175, dated 08.09.2016, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC, at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar (Mohali).

Counsel for the parties are ad idem that the co-accused of the petitioner namely Mukesh Sahni, who has been attributed a similar role as the petitioner, had approached this Court through Crl. Misc. No. M-40707 of 2016 for the grant of regular bail, which was granted through order of this Court dated 10.01.2017.
