(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.22 dated 10.02.2025 registered under Sections 403, 418, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 120-B of the IPC at Police Station Amargarh, District Malerkotla.

Vide order dated 04.03.2025, the petitioner had been granted interim anticipatory bail with direction to join investigation and the relevant part of the said order reads as under:- "Counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that the petitioner is falsely implicated in the present case. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the entire sale consideration was paid to vendor namely Harinderjit Singh (complainant herein) by vendees namely Jasveer Kaur (petitioner herein) and one Amandeep Singh at the time of execution and registration of the concerned sale deeds dated 22.01.2024, 19.06.2024 and 09.07.2024 and the said sale transactions are already complete and never PUNEET SACHDEVA 2025.05.20 14:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-12245-2025 -2challenged on the civil side by any person. That on the basis of sale deeds, mutations were also sanctioned by the Revenue Authorities in favour of the vendees. That the allegations made by the complainant are totally false and in the given circumstances, there is no question of cheating or forgery on the part of the accused persons including the present petitioner, as has been alleged by the complainant. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is a lady aged about 36 years and is having no criminal history and is ready to join investigation with the police." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 04.03.2025, the petitioner has joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. It has also been submitted that during the pendency of the instant petition, the parties have compromised the matter.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Manjinder Singh, does not dispute the factum of the petitioner having joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. He, on further instructions, submits that the petitioner is not required for further investigation much less for her custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 04.03.2025, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./482(2) BNSS.
