Rajiv Sharma, J (Oral) The petitioner is aggrieved by the following averments contained in the notice inviting tender, Annexure P-10:- "In respect of Tractor Division which is under closure, most the employees were relieved under VRS while services of rest of the employees were terminated under Industrial Dispute Act 1947. All the employee related dues have been paid to the employees."
