Prayer made in the present petition for quashing the order, Annexure P-10, whereby punishment of Censure was imposed upon the petitioner, might not, due to efflux of time, even be surviving. 2.

Learned State counsel refers to para 2 of the written statement dated 05.08.2004, wherein it has been stated that at the time of superannuation of the petitioner on 30.11.2003, a charge-sheet was pending against him in which the punishment of Censure was awarded as has been impugned in the present case.

Disposed of, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case lis still subsists.
