Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this petition is rendered infructuous as Award has been passed on 17.02.2020 and the same has also been challenged by the applicant. ARB-90-2020 is pending before the Court of competent jurisdiction at Sonipat. Copy of Award dated 17.02.2020 furnished in Court is taken on record subject to just exceptions. Learned counsel for the applicant, however, submits that he has no instruction in this regard despite reply having been filed. Be that as it may, I find no justification for continuation of the present proceedings.
