RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Article 226 read with Article 21 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents no.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner alongwith her minor children from respondents no.4 to 9 with a further prayer to issue directions to private respondents no.4 to 9 not to interfere into peaceful possession of petitioner. It is further prayed to look into the representation, Annexure P-3, dated 07.03.2023, already given by the petitioner to respondent No.2.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 07.03.2023, Annexure P-3, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. After hearing counsel for the parties, the present petition is MEENU 2023.03.21 14:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
