(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of directions to respondents no.1 to 3 to complete the investigation in FIR No.81 dated 16.05.2017 under Sections 120-B, 201, 302, 34, 376D, 364 IPC registered at P.S. Pillukhera, District Jind. State counsel, on instructions from the IO, submits that in the FIR in question, cancellation report has already been prepared and the same is pending consideration with the senior police officers. In view of the statement of the State counsel, the prayer so made by the petitioner in this petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
