**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 0478 dated 30.6.2019 under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 341, 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are four injuries on the person of Pinku which have been declared simple in nature. She further submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 11.9.2019. Learned State counsel has not disputed the aforesaid assertions. The petitioner has been in custody since 11.9.2019. The trial will take time to conclude. No useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner behind the bars.
