RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. praying for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 vide order dated 04.03.2022 (Annexure P-1) in CRM-M-No.48563/21 passed by this Court in FIR No.10, dated 06.10.2021, under Sections 406/498-A IPC, registered at Police Station NRI, Jalandhar, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition.
