**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of FIR No.153 dated 01.10.2011, registered at Police Station Raikot, District Ludhiana, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 376 read with Section 120-B IPC.
At the very outset, learned State, on instructions from the investigating officer, has informed that the challan against petitioners and their son is presented in the Court way back in the year 2012. Now, in pursuance of order dated 12.07.2016, the petitioners have joined the investigation on 06.08.2016 and their custodial interrogation is not required at this stage.

CRM-M-22833-2016 -2In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 12.07.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners is made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
