Perusal of file shows that since last 5 dates, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It was specifically observed in the order dated 22.05.2018 that in case, none would appear on behalf of the appellant on the adjourned date, this appeal shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution. Despite said specific observation, none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant since last two dates i.e. 06.02.2019 and 13.08.2019.

Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the appellant or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the instant appeal. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
