Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 23.03.2022 (Annexure P-4) passed by the JMIC. Jalandhar, wherein the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. for summoning respondent No.3 as an additional accused was declined in case bearing No.CHI/133/2018, arising out of FIR No. 43 dated 26.08.2017, under Section 498-A IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Women Cell, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a revision petition against the impugned order before the Sessions Court.
