(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to complete the record of the Gram Panchayat as per rules and for issuance of Utilization Certificate of the works done after proper approval/intimation to the concerned officials according to law. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already filed a representation/letter dated 18.01.2024 (Annexure P-6) before respondent No.4 but no action has been taken on the same till date. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Navneet Singh, Sr. DAG, Punjab appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State. He submits that the representation filed by the petitioner would be decided expeditiously.
