RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for quashing of order dated 18.09.2017, Annexure P/11, passed by respondent No.2, order dated 04.07.2019, Annexure P/12, passed by respondent No.3 and order dated 14.02.2020, Annexure P/13, passed by respondent No.2 and for affirming and upholding the orders dated 21.09.2016, Annexure P/10 of respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the parties have compromised the matter rendering this petition as infructuous and thus the present petition may be disposed of as such.
