Learned counsel for the respondent points out that vide order dated 13.08.2025 in the Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 3132-3133-2024 titled as Nishant Anand Vs. Shivika Gandhi and others " In the meantime, all proceedings inter se parties shall remain stayed." has been directed. A copy of the order dated 13.08.2025 has been handed over in Court and copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, the same stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
