Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of order dated 06.11.2024, passed by Ld. JMIC, Ferozepur (Annexure P-1), in case FIR No.23, dated 04.03.2020, under Sections 307, 323, 148, 149 of IPC, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Cant. Ferozepur (Annexure P-2), whereby, petitioner has been declared as 'proclaimed offender', and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise dated 27.09.2024 (Annexure P-3), effected between the parties. 2.

On the very outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of present petition.
