Mr. Ashok K. Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioners. **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The present petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to promote them as per Haryana Municipal Services (Integration and Condition of Service) Rules, 1982.

Learned counsel at the very outset submits that the above said Rules has been interpreted by this Court in CWP No. 12789-2017 (P-11) and 262-2018 (P-10). These petitions were disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for promotion. Thereafter, the department in compliance of the above orders, passed order dated 19.09.2018 (P-12) promoting the petitioners of that case. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 27.09.2018 of the petitioners (P-14) and pass appropriate orders, keeping in view judgments dated 13.09.2018 and 17.07.2017 (P-10 and P-11) and order dated 19.09.2018 (P-12). This exercise shall be completed within a period of six months.
