The instant petition is for setting aside the impugned order dated 29.05.2015 passed by learned Sessions Court, Gurgaon. Vide order of even date passed in CRM No.M-2186 of 2016, the FIR under which the impugned order has been passed, has since been quashed.

In view of the above, instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
