CRM-M-21935-2015 (O&M) -2further submits that qua the petitioners the investigation is almost complete and the charge-sheet (challan) is likely to be presented in near future.

Mr.Jagmohan Singh, son of the Informant-Narinder Kaur, who is present in person, has prayed for dismissal of the petition.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and Mr.Jagmohan Singh, i.e. son of the informant, this Court finds that the further custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required since the petitioners have already joined the investigation and the investigation is almost complete. In view of the above, interim directions, dated 10.07.2015 are made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
