R.P. NAGRATH, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent no. 1 to initiate proceedings against respondent no. 2 to 6 and any other official respondents, who was helped for wrongly and illegally releasing respondent no. 6 on parole after manipulating the documents and to register FIR keeping in view the seriousness of the matter. Sh. Inderjit Singh, Assistant Superintendent, Central Jail, Patiala is stated to be present.
Learned State counsel submits that after the period of parole, the petitioner surrendered before the jail authorities on 11.08.2012.
Learned State counsel and counsel for the complainant also submit that sentence of the petitioner has also been suspended on 15.12.2015 in CRM No. 62672 of 2012 in CRA-D-467-DB of 2011 by the Division Bench of this Court. The appeal is already admitted.
