Reply by way of affidavit of Mr. Prem Kumar, DSP, SubDivision Rural, District Hoshiarpur filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 is ordered to be taken on record. As per para No.3 of the said reply, after receipt of opinion of the concerned doctor, offences punishable under Sections 325, 308 IPC have been addeed vide DDR No.17 dated 25.3.2022 and DDR No.19 dated 2.4.2022, respectively.
