(Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of order dated 07.03.2019 (P-1) vide which he has been transferred from Pundri District Kaithal to the office of Assistant Registrar, Co-op Societies, Faridabad (HR) Learned counsel submits that the transfer of the petitioner is contrary to the policy, as he has been transferred before completion of 03 years. However, learned counsel admits that the petitioner is working in Pundri since 2 1⁄2 years. Further petitioner has been relieved on 11.03.2019 and subsequently he joined in Kaithal.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has joined new place of posting and the transfer of the petitioner is on administrative ground, at this stage, no ground is made out for setting side of transfer order dated 07/08.03.2019 (P-1) Dismissed.
