Prayer in the present Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the impugned award dated 27.07.2012 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties for a lump sum amount of Rs.50,000/- in view of the settlement of all claims of the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the said payment of Rs.50,000/- shall be made within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the above submission made by respective counsels, since the matter has been settled, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.
