******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 144 dated 28.08.2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station City Gurdaspur.

Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Banarsi Dass submits that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail in terms of order dated 05.07.2017. Petitioner was earlier on regular bail but had absented on 07.04.2017. CRM-M-21988-2017 -2petition is allowed and the order dated 05.07.2017 is made absolute subject to the condition that petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
