Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of criminal complaint No. 95/3 dated 8.11.2008 under Section 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 24 and 31 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (Annexure P-2).

Heard.

The complaint in question relates to the year 2008. Admittedly, the case is ripe for arguments before the Trial Court. Hence, no ground for interference by this Court, at this stage, is made out.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
