Mr. Jagdish Manchanda, Senior Advocate, appearing for respondent No.3, submits that respondent No.4 - Indraj has already approached the Civil Court by filing a Suit for Permanent Injunction against the Municipal Corporation, Gurugram, wherein the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gurugram, vide order dated 20.02.2020, has passed a restraint order directing the Municipal Corporation, Gurugram, not to demolish the suit property. Learned senior counsel further submits that the said suit is still pending adjudication, and, as and when the proceedings are finalized, appropriate action shall be taken in accordance with law. 4.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition at this stage.
