Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.182 dated 06.08.2000 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 427 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Mullana, District Ambala. After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to take all the available pleas before trial Court.
